This is an active body favorite! Fully Loaded Method is an even blend of volume and intensity which make it a “perfect storm” in regards to Hypertrophy.
It maximizes all three mechanisms of Hypertrophy to their fullest.
It works by combining heavy loads, extended sets and peak contractions (Iso-holds) all into one workout. You begin with a heavier compound exercise. Then, for your second sequence of exercises, you perform either a mechanical drop-set. The workout finishes with specific isolation exercises that are ideal for the trainee and use’s high rep coupled with iso- holds at the fully shorten ROM (peak contractions).
